Miami Field Division Management Conference

SAC Thomas W. Raffanello hosted the Miami Management Conference from September 9 - 11, 2003. Assorted topics were discussed in relation to management strategies, as well as the future of the Miami Field Division. One of the highlights was a Leadership Forum, in which five prior Special Agents in Charge of the Miami Field Division participated. The five prior SACs were Peter Gruden (1980-1986), Thomas V. Cash (1988-1994), James S. Milford (1995-1997), William J. Mitchell (1997-1998) and Vincent J. Mazzilli (1998-2001).
