DEA Assists Port St. Lucie Police Raid A Clandestine “Shatter” Marijuana Processing House
PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - On June 25, 2014, The Drug Enforcement (DEA), Miami Field Division, Port St. Lucie Resident Office assisted the Port St. Lucie (PSLPD) Special Investigation Division execute a search warrant on a suspected marijuana “Shatter” processing house located at 2024 SW Savage Boulevard, Port St. Lucie, Florida. During the search, detectives and agents located a marijuana “Shatter” processing operation in the residence.
The DEA Clandestine Laboratory Enforcement (CLET) made entry into the residence donning their protective gear similar to processing a methamphetamine house due to the components that are used to make “Shatter” being highly combustible. After the CLET determined the residence was safe and clear, PSLPD Detectives disassembled the processing operation and seized jars of marijuana and shatter. David Enrique (D.O.B. 3/15/91), who was inside the residence, was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to sell, manufacturing, possession of marijuana over 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
This is the second time Tisheh has been arrested by PSLPD for the production of “Shatter”. Tisheh was previously arrested on March 25, 2014, at his previous residence for possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of marijuana over 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.
