TAMPA, Fla. – U.S. District Judge Virginia M. Hernandez Covington sentenced Lennen Pacheco Colon (25, Orlando) to 6 years and 11 months in federal prison for distributing 40 grams or more of fentanyl, to be served consecutive to a 200 month sentence the defendant has received in the Southern District of Florida for armed kidnapping and carjacking. Colon had pleaded guilty to the Middle District of Florida offenses on April 11, 2023.
According to court documents, in January 2023, Colon advised a confidential informant (CI) that he had a supply source who wanted to sell $25,000 worth of fentanyl pills.
