CELEBRATING 25 YEARS OF WOMEN IN FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT, INC. IN 2024
The theme is “Looking Back and Inspiring Our Future” Celebrating our 25th Anniversary WIFLE is a non-profit leadership organization, which was incorporated in June 1999 as an outgrowth of an interagency committee formed by the U.S. Departments of Justice and Treasury. It promotes gender equity through leadership education, research, and networking opportunities in partnership with law enforcement agencies.
WIFLE also works together with the federal law enforcement community to recruit, promote and retain women in law enforcement careers, embrace and value diversity, provide empowerment, seek inclusiveness, expect integrity, advocate and strive for gender equity in federal law enforcement.
