Overdose Response Strategy

The Overdose Response Strategy (ORS) supports 61 Teams nationally consisting of a Drug Intelligence Officer (DIO) and a Public Health Analyst (PHA) promoting public health and public safety collaboration to address the overdose / drug poisoning epidemic. The ORS focuses on 4 primary strategies: Sharing data throughout all sectors; support evidence-based responses; promote public health / public safety collaboration and enhancing prevention efforts.
