
Ibrar A. Mian
Ibrar Mian is the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Washington Division’s Special Agent in Charge. He has dedicated his two-decade career to serving the United States with a focus on combating drug-related poisonings and violent crime to ensure the safety of our communities. Since joining the DEA, SAC Mian has held positions in various offices both domestically and internationally, including locations in California, Maryland, Illinois, Washington D.C., and Pakistan.
With his worldwide experience, he has successfully led diverse teams and operations while fortifying partnerships with federal, state, local, and international law enforcement agencies. Ibrar is committed to investigating and dismantling Transnational Criminal Organizations. Additionally, he leads community outreach initiatives aimed at educating and raising awareness of the threats of drugs on a local, regional, and national level.
In his capacity as the Special Agent in Charge of the Washington Division, he remains steadfast in his commitment to making a positive impact and advancing DEA’s mission to safeguard communities from the adverse effects of controlled substances.
