York County man sentenced to 150 months for fentanyl trafficking conspiracy
PORTLAND, Maine – DEA’s New England Division Special Agent in Charge Brian D. Boyle and U.S. Attorney Halsey B. Frank announced that Jason Bolduc, 41, of Parsonsfield, Maine, was sentenced today in U.S. District Court by Judge George Z. Singal to 150 months in prison and three years of supervised release for conspiring to distribute fentanyl. Bolduc pled guilty on May 23, 2018.

On Jan. 13, 2017, federal and state drug agents apprehended Bolduc as he returned from one of his resupply trips and seized about 150 “fingers” (about 1,500 grams) of fentanyl from Bolduc and found in a vehicle he rented.
This case was investigated by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, the York County Sheriff’s Office and the Biddeford Police Department.
