20 Years For Dallas Methamphetamine Trafficker
DALLAS - This morning, U.S. District Judge Sidney A. Fitzwater sentenced Alejandro Farrera Cendejas, 33, of Dallas, to 240 months in federal prison, following his guilty plea in October 2016 to one count of possession with intent to distribute a mixture and substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine, announced Special Agent-in-Charge Clyde E. Shelley, Jr. of the DEA, and U.S. Attorney John Parker of the Northern District of Texas.
Cendejas has been in custody since the time of his arrest in June 2016.
According to plea documents filed in the case, on May 18, 2017 Cendejas met an individual at a public parking lot in Dallas and sold a kilogram of methamphetamine for $6,700.
The DEA, Rockwall Police Department, Allen Police Department, and the Texas Department of Public Safety investigated the case.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Suzanna Etessam was in charge of the prosecution.
