Police seized over three ounces of crack cocaine and approximately five ounces of powder cocaine, along with a loaded handgun. Grey was also stopped on June 6, 2006 and approximately one-half ounce of crack cocaine was seized from his car. A search warrant was executed at Grey’s home on August 16, 2006. Police seized approximately six and a half ounces of powder cocaine.
During the time of the conspiracy, Grey and his coconspirators distributed or possessed between 11 and 33 pounds of crack cocaine.
