DEA Busts A Poly-Drug Trafficking Organization In Central Florida
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Mark R. Trouville, Special Agent in Charge, Drug Enforcement (DEA), Miami Field Division, and Pam Bondi, Florida Attorney General, Office of Statewide Prosecution, announce last week the roundup of 10 individuals following an investigation into the Anthony Pomarico Drug Trafficking (DTO) operating out of central Florida. The Pomarico DTO allegedly distributed cocaine, marijuana and (MDMC). The DEA used authorized phone interceptions to expose this drug ring.
The following defendants are charged for their participation in the Pomarico DTO:

• William Michael Merino
• Steven Pomarico
• Michael Pomarico
• Heather Danielle Mosher
• Jonathan Sebastian Schmucke
• Dominion Jospeph Crupi
• Dillon Daniel Crupi
• Kevin Gonzalez
Five defendants have been arrested and charged with various state drug offenses including trafficking in cocaine, conspiracy to traffic in cocaine, and possession of cannabis with intent to sale or deliver. The remaining five defendants have outstanding warrants for their arrest. All defendants are facing felony charges with various sentencing punishable up to 90 years in prison with two defendants facing a minimum mandatory sentence of 15 years.
This investigation was conducted by the DEA Orlando District Office. This case is being prosecuted by the Attorney General’s Office of Statewide Prosecution.
