Indiana Man Sentenced to 10 Years for Meth Trafficking
FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Alfred A. Cooke, Assistant Special Agent in Charge of Drug Enforcement Administration-Merrillville, Indiana, and U.S. Attorney Clifford D. Johnson for the Northern District of Indiana announced that Marcel Toussaint, 37, of Fort Wayne, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Holly A. Brady after pleading guilty to distributing more than 50 grams of methamphetamine.
Toussaint was sentenced to 120 months in prison to be followed by five years of supervised release.
According to documents in the case, between June 25, 2020, and Aug. 24, 2020, Toussaint distributed various quantities of methamphetamine.
This case was investigated by the DEA with the assistance of the Fort Wayne Police Department. The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Lesley J. Miller Lowery.
