Two Wichita Men Charged with Meth, Fentanyl Distribution
WICHITA, Kan. – A federal grand jury in Wichita returned an indictment charging Regan Riner, 30, of Wichita on two counts of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, two counts of possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
In another indictment, Abram Velo, 40, of Wichita was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
The Drug Enforcement Administration and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives are investigating the cases.
